Packaging:

• Seats are available in assorted cases of 5 - 6 seats per case depending if they are heated or not. Cases of 12 or more will be shipped on pallets.
• Minimum order, one case.

• We'll cover half of the shipping cost for pallets of 24 cases or more.

Payment Policy:

2% 10 day, net 30 days on approved credit. New customers - you can prepay (Visa and Mastercard accepted) or we will ship UPS COD ($6.00 charge) until credit is established. Please send three credit references if you wish to open an account with us (include addresses and phone numbers).

Return Policy:

Hogue guarantees your customers satisfaction. UltraTouch is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Returns must be claimed by sending in the hinges only, along with customer's purchase date and reason for return. Please do not return the entire seat. A credit equal to your cost will be applied to your account.
