Returns: Satisfaction Guarantee - Limited Warranty

If you are not completly satisfied, for any reason, with your new UltraTouch toilet seat, just return it with proof of purchase to the original place of purchase. If unable to return this product to the original place of purchase, Hogue, Inc. will refund your purchase price. Product must be returned to Hogue, Inc. within 90 days with proof of purchase.

This product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If this product is defective, you will be given a replacement product of equal value.

Expenses for removal, replacement and shipping are not covered. Except for the above no other warranties are given, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Please allow 24 hours to process your order.

For domestic shipments, we suggest selecting USPS Priority Mail for most items. However, we suggest selecting FedEx for shipments of wood grips. FedEx shipments are automatically insured and they have an excellent tracking service. You must provide a street address for FedEx shipments, they will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

All USPS and FedEx shipping fees are calculated based on the USPS and FedEx websites from California area code 93446
